Feine dunkle Noten, Brombeeren, schwarze Kirschen und Röstnoten dominieren den vielschichtigen Duft. Am Gaumen wieder dunkle Frucht und feine mineralische Würze, schöne Balance und Spiel, angenehme Säure und Tannine, sehr lang. Passt gut zum Lamm. Delicate dark notes, blackberries, black cherries and toasted aromas dominate the complex bouquet. On the palate again dark fruit and delicate mineral spice, beautiful balance and playfulness, pleasant acidity and tannins, very long. Goes well with lamb chops. |
