Verkostungsnotiz/ tasting note:	Erdige "braune" mineralisch Noten, Kräuterwürze und exotische Fructnoten duften aus dem Glas. Auch am Gaumen dicht und kraftvoll, feinwürzig mit saftiger Frucht und lebendigem Spiel, straff strukturiert, mit schönem Schmelz und zartherben mineralischen Noten im langen Nachhall. Zur Schwammerlsauce. Spicy herbal aroma, mineral flavors and the typical peppery note dominate the palate, only slowly and with more air delicate exotic fruit notes of papaya and sweet lime appear. Creamy and soft on the palate, a lot of fruit and again herbs, beautiful mineral notes with lively acidity. Goes well with mushroom sauce and dumplings.
