Verkostungsnotiz/ tasting note:	Wiesenhonig, gelbe Birnen, etwas Wiesenkräuter und zarte mineralische Würze im Duft. Am Gaumen wieder honigsüss, gelbe Frucht und etwas Sesam. Schöne Struktur und angenehme Säure, klingt sehr, sehr lang aus. Insgesamt aber doch etwas zu wenig Power und Eleganz um an frühere Erfolge anzuknüpfen. Passt gut zu würzigen Pasteten. Meadow honey, yellow pears, some wild herbs and a subtle mineral flavour on the palate. Again honeyed on the palate, yellow fruit and a touch of sesame. Beautiful structure and pleasant acidity, very, very long finish. All in all this wine lacks the power and elegance to match the last vintages. Goes well with spicy pies.
