Verkostungsnotiz/ tasting note:	Im ersten Anriechen: Grapefruit, deutlicher gehts kaum. Erst mit etwas Zeit und Luft im Glas kommen weitere Nuancen, feine mineralische Würze, weisser Pfeffer und noch ein exotischer Fruchtkorb, Papaya, Mango, Passionsfrucht und Litschi. Am Gaumen wieder viel Frucht, auch hier dominiert die Grapefruit, nuanciert und mit feinem Tannin, sehr erfrischender und anregender Säure-Struktur - ein guter Aperitif; spielt mit seiner Grapefruit auch im Abgang lange dahin. Passt sicher gut zu Rohschinken und Antipasti. A very grapefruity aroma at fist smell which could hardly be more clear. Only with a little time and air different aromas float out of the glass: beautiful mineral flavors, white pepper and a whole basket of exotic fruit - papaya, mango, passion fruit and lychee. Again a lot of fruit on the palate which is also dominated by the grapefruit aroma, multi-layered and with beautiful tannin, very refreshing and vibrant acidic structure - a great aperitif with lingering grapefruit in the long finish. Goes well with cured ham and antipasti.
Trinkreife/ best to drink:	Darf noch reifen, schmeckt durch seine Frische aber auch jung sehr gut. 2004-201 2004-2010.
