Verkostungsnotiz/ tasting note:	Ein Korb voll dunkler Beeren, Brombeeren, Holunderbeeren, Zwetschkenröster und ein wenig Nougat und Marzipan. Am Gumen dicht und vollmundig mit dunkler Beerenfrucht, samtiger Wein mit feiner Struktur und langem fruchtigem Nachhall. Passt zu Wild und mediterraner Küche. A whole basket full of berries: blackberries, elderberries, cooked plums and a hint of nougat and marzipan. Rich and mouth-filling on the palate with dark berry fruit, a velvety wine with a delicate structure and a long and fruity finish. Goes well with venison and Mediterranean cuisine.
