Verkostungsnotiz/ tasting note:	Kühle mineralische Aromatik, feine Kräuterwürze und gelbe Frücht, erst langsam kommen die typischen Steinobst-Aromen, am Gaumen spielt sofort die Marille mit der Limette um die Wette und wird von der Würze und Struktur der Mineralik in Zaum gehalten. Schöner vollmundiger - typisch Wachauer Riesling zum Sensationspreis. (7,50) Passt wunderbar zum Safranrisotto. Cool mineral flavor, delicate herbaceousness and yellow fruit, only slowly the typical stone fruit aromas float out of the glass, apricot and sweet lime take their turns but are kept in check by the mineral flavor and structure. Beautiful full-bodied Riesling typical for the Wachau for a sensational price (7,50). Perfect match with Saffron risotto.
