Rote und schwarze Johannisbeeren, Weichseln und Heidelbeeren mit zarten Röstnoten und Bitterschokolade dominieren im Duft. Weiche Tannine und viel Frucht am Gaumen, schöne Balance und Struktur, spielerische Säure und sehr langer, fruchtiger Abgang. Passt gut zu gebratenem Fleisch. Red and black currant, sour cherries and blueberries on the nose with subtle toasted aromas and bitter chocolate. Soft tannins and a lot of fruit on the palate, beautiful balance and structure, playful acidity and very long, fruity finish. Goes well with roasted meat. |
