Gelbfruchtig im kräuterwürzigen Duft, am Gaumen schon recht zugänglich, wieder sehr kräuterwürzig, vollmundig, feiner Schmelz, Creme und Länge. If one wine has typical terroir notes then this one with its typical dry and spicy nose. Also shows typical Veltliner aromas: spice, pepper and a lot of fruit. Creamy and well-structured on the palate, sweet fruit but at the same time dry notes, long finish. Still has to mature to fully harmonize. Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine like Spaghetti alle Vongole (with clams). |
